Maintenance & Facility Manager
Are you an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Manager looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client’s team at their Coventry site. As the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and budget management of Production Equipment Maintenance (PEM) and Facility Services & Maintenance (FM).
Key Responsibilities👇🏽:
- Leadership: Lead and motivate the site-based maintenance team and subcontracted services for PEM and FM areas.
- Technical Expertise: Manage HV and LV Electrical Systems, ensuring legal and client compliance. Develop Safe System of Works and oversee Competent Persons assessments.
- Innovation: Drive state-of-the-art solutions in PEM and FM applications, promoting them to external clients. Present technology and services to potential clients for improved equipment and building resilience.
- Safety: Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations. Design contingency procedures for asset breakdowns and emergency preparedness.
- Efficiency: Improve the Planned Preventative Maintenance System and implement Leadec OS for preventive maintenance schedules and Reactive Case management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subcontractors and customer senior management. Identify opportunities for process and asset improvements.
Qualifications and Skills🧑🎓:
- Essential: HNC/HND or NVQ Diploma in Engineering Maintenance, Siemens S7 PLC knowledge, Electrical/Mechanical maintenance background, CAFM system experience, and strong communication skills.
- Desirable: Degree or NVQ Extended Diploma in Engineering Maintenance, Electrical HV & LV Systems expertise, SFG20 (Planned Maintenance Standards), NIC/EIC implementation knowledge.
