Records Lead
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Records Lead to join a Project Delivery Organisation (PDO) Quality department, to be the project focal point for the implementation of a nuclear construction record strategy.
You’d lead the organisation on how to effectively document information and records in order to meet with organisational requirements and support Nuclear compliance.
This’ll be done through presentations and delivering guidelines, ensuring that the documented information and records management arrangements and requirements are clearly communicated across the organisation, for effective deployment by the projects and their supply chains.
Additionally, you’ll support the implementation and optimisation of the records management approach for the project.
Our teams are set up to work flexibly, with a hybrid working approach between our offices and your home. We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that our employees can work from home comfortably and effectively.
Requirements
Strong experience in project records/documentation and data/information management, ideally having worked on a large-scale project in a highly regulated industry.
Nuclear industry experience would be highly-advantageous, especially if you have a good understanding of Nuclear regulations and compliance concerns.
You’ll be a clear communicator with excellent presentation skills, used to working as a subject matter expert and ‘go- to’ person for records.
