Your Mission: As the Head of Digital Product, you hold the key to shaping the future of travel. Your mission is to lead the strategic development and operational delivery of all digital experiences, with a particular emphasis on Dynamic Pricing, Data-Driven Decision Making, UX/UI, user stickiness, and upselling/cross-selling.
What You’ll Do:

  • Digital Strategy: You will craft and execute our digital product strategy, focusing on Dynamic Pricing, Data-Driven Decision Making, and delivering a remarkable UX/UI that keeps users engaged.
  • Product Roadmap: Manage our digital product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user stickiness, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a large marketing team, ensuring alignment with our digital product goals and objectives.
  • Conversion Excellence: Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as conversion rates, user stickiness, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities, to continuously enhance the digital customer experience.
  • Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, digital trends, and best practices to keep our airline ahead of the curve in the travel industry.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Expertise: You bring over 10 years of experience in enhancing user stickiness, implementing Dynamic Pricing strategies, and utilizing data for Data-Driven Decision Making.
  • Analytical Skills: Your strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge have delivered results in high-profile organizations during periods of rapid growth.
  • Marketing Mastery: You have a track record of managing large marketing teams and driving upselling/cross-selling success.
  • UX/UI Excellence: Your focus on UX/UI design has resulted in exceptional digital experiences.
  • Project Management: Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with a track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial and delivery-focused mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
  • Leadership: You possess strong leadership skills, including experience managing cross-functional teams and leading digital product development from concept to launch.
  • Data-Driven: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication: Your communication and collaboration skills are top-notch, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Passion: You have a passion for digital technology and customer experience with a focus on continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills:

  • B2C Experience: Significant experience focused on online marketing and digital experience, ideally with hotels, accommodation, and Online Travel Agents.
  • Web Analytics: Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and working with a network of partners across digital.
  • European Exposure: Experience working across multiple territories within Europe.
