Michael Sharma Group, the leading recruitment agency in Coventry, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist sector team in either Accountancy and Finance, Digital and Technology, or Engineering.
 
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing relationships with clients. We believe that recruitment is all about building strong, lasting relationships, and that’s where we hope you will excel.

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment and a strong track record of building relationships with clients and candidates. You should also have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and able to work under pressure.
