We are currently working with a highly regarded and growing accountancy firm based in Warwickshire that is looking for a motivated and experienced Client Manager to join their team. With a competitive salary of up to £45k per annum, this role offers the opportunity to work with a range of clients, providing expert advice and support.

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring that all tasks related to a client are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with expert advice and guidance on all accountancy matters.

Reporting to the Accounts Reviewer and Assignee Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring that all clients receive excellent customer service. The Client Manager will also be responsible for managing the client onboarding process, completing all Iris profiles when completing tasks, and ensuring that all authorisations are applied for on behalf of the client.

In addition to managing client relationships, the Client Manager will be responsible for maintaining awareness of the client list and ensuring that all statutory deadlines are complied with. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing weekly billing decisions and reviewing query WIP with partners where applicable to ensure that all adhoc work is billed for.
