This position offers hybrid working, allowing you to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. We understand that balance is important, and we want to make sure that you have flexibility in your work schedule.
As our OTC Credit Analyst , you will be responsible for providing essential support to the UK & Ireland Sales company for the trade funds process. You will be a superhero in managing the level of audit deductions on the customer ledger and dealing with customer audit queries. By developing strong relationships with customer audit teams, you will ensure that we are always on top of our game.
In addition, you will use your superpowers to deliver cash flow benefits for our company and ensure that our billing processes are top-notch. Your ability to manage third-party activities such as Invoice Factoring and Prior Year audit outsourced contracts will be invaluable to our team. You will provide support to various teams including National Account Managers, Sales Finance, Customer Service, Internal Controls, CDE Execs/Supervisors, Customers, and MBS Collection and Deduction team.
