Property Resilience Analyst
Our client, a Property Management company, is seeking a highly-motivated and insightful Property Resilience Analyst to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for analysing and identifying risks, trends, and workflows to improve the overall performance of their property maintenance team.
You will need to possess strong analytical skills, and be able to design and maintain a risk and opportunities register relating to trends in customer and property data. You will need to work closely with their Strategic Asset Management team and other interested parties to identify trends and workflows that can enhance the overall performance of the team and Property Services department.
You will be required to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities to improve the overall resilience of the property portfolio. You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external suppliers and contractors, to improve collaboration and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and will possess relevant qualifications in a related field. Experience in analysing property portfolios and property performance information, and/or a thorough understanding of causation analytics, will be highly advantageous.
