Case Handler (Damp, Mould & Condensation)

At our company, we take pride in providing expert solutions to help our customers tackle one of the most common problems in their homes – damp, mold, and condensation. As a Complaint Handler, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and outcomes.

Firstly, we offer flexible working hours that fit around your schedule – choose from 8-4 or 9-5 working hours, with a total of 36.25 hours per week. Plus, with our hybrid working model, you’ll have the option to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, giving you the best of both worlds.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience investigating complaints in a regulated environment.
  • Experience dealing with difficult customers.
  • Experience responding to complaints via email, following up and closing complaints.
  • Experience in housing complaints (preferable but not mandatory.)

In addition to the above, we are are also looking for: 

  • Resilience: You’ll need to be able to handle challenging situations and stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills: You’ll be dealing with customers who are often frustrated and upset, so you’ll need to be able to empathize with them and communicate effectively to resolve their complaints.
  • Attention to detail: Damp, mould, and condensation can be complex issues, so you’ll need to be able to understand the root causes of these problems and provide tailored solutions to our customers.
  • Problem-solving skills: You’ll be working with a wide range of customers, each with their own unique situations and needs. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to their complaints.
  • Positive attitude: We’re looking for someone who is proactive, upbeat, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
