Payroll Assistant – Part Time

Are you a payroll Assistant looking for a temporary role that offers flexibility and a great working environment? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a temporary payroll admin clerk.

As a payroll assistant, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

  • Ad hoc admin
  • Adding new starters and removing leavers
  • Processing 3 payroll cycles for 1600 staff members (weekly & monthly hourly rate and salary rate)
  • Data entry & inputting
  • Processing p45’s, p60’s, p11d’s
  • System management

You will be working in the Coventry office for 3 days a week, with a total of 22.5 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and has a passion for payroll. You should have previous experience in processing payroll for a large number of employees. Having previous experience using Kronos, resource link and Microsoft Excel is a plus, if not training is provided.
