Credit Controller

The Package:
Basic salary:  £22,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role:
You’ll report to the Head of Credit Control. 
  
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

  • Managing your own portfolio
  • High volumes of calls and working closely with debt recovery and solicitors
  • Running reports off excel
  • Liaise with banking and treasury to ensure receipts are being processed
  • Dealing with the invoices and commercial clients
  • Managing a ledger of up to 500 accounts

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Credit Controller position will have relevant experience in the following:

  • Dealing with high volumes of accounts and ledger values
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external clients
  • PM accounting systems (Yardi, MRI, Horizon)
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheet
  • Strong MS Excel skills

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

  • Able to travel to the Birmingham office a few days a week
  • Able to work of your own initiative
  • To communicate effectively and provide support other members of the team
  • Work well under pressure
