Credit Controller

The Package:
Basic salary: £22,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role:
You’ll report to the Head of Credit Control.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
- Managing your own portfolio
- High volumes of calls and working closely with debt recovery and solicitors
- Running reports off excel
- Liaise with banking and treasury to ensure receipts are being processed
- Dealing with the invoices and commercial clients
- Managing a ledger of up to 500 accounts

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Credit Controller position will have relevant experience in the following:
- Dealing with high volumes of accounts and ledger values
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to liaise with internal and external clients
- PM accounting systems (Yardi, MRI, Horizon)
- Good knowledge of spreadsheet
- Strong MS Excel skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to travel to the Birmingham office a few days a week
- Able to work of your own initiative
- To communicate effectively and provide support other members of the team
- Work well under pressure
