We started off as a two-person business in 2017 and have since grown to a team of 10, in a spacious office near Westwood Business Park (CV4). We have over 4 brands as part of the Michael Sharma Group and are looking for an apprentice to join an already established and performing team.
 
The recruitment role is focussed on building relationships with clients and candidates. You will be primarily focussed on candidate generation, via a variety of tools and methods with the support of the two business owners.
 
You will be working towards gaining your Recruitment Consultant level 3 qualification through your apprenticeship.
Apprentice Recruitment Consultant Duties:
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
• Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
• Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy.

• Liaise with candidates and clients to build relationships
• Qualify Candidates against current jobs
• Manage the recruitment process
• Network with target client & candidates
• Deliver results
