Infrastructure Engineer
We’re looking for a talented Infrastructure Engineer to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of configuring, developing & maintaining IT infrastructure within a Windows or Citrix environment.

The Role:
Based in the company’s Upminster office (East London), as the Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining core IT systems, and assisting in the configuration and development of new systems and IT infrastructure. You will also respond to, and resolve, tickets for internal & external infrastructure issues, and act as an escalation contact within the support team.
The standard working hours for this position are either 7.30am to 4pm, or 10.30am to 7pm.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Infrastructure Engineer role will have relevant experience of configuring, developing & maintaining IT infrastructure.
You’ll also need experience of providing IT Support, troubleshooting, fault-finding & root-cause analysis.
Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got knowledge of networking technology, such as DNS & DHCP.
In addition, you’ll need a full UK driving license, as there will be occasional requirements for travel to other company sites.
